When placing your order, please make sure you are using a credit card. We accept the following types:

– Mastercard
– Visa Card

Please note that virtual or debit cards often cause issues. Unfortunately, we do not accept Maestro, Switch, or Laser cards, nor cards issued outside the European Union.

PayPal

Paying with PayPal is fast, simple, and secure. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one at www.paypal.es and have it ready to pay for your order within 24 hours.

If you already have an account, the Royal Pianos website will redirect you to your personal PayPal page to authorize the payment. Please note that, just like with credit cards, the charge will only be made once your order has been shipped.

For data protection reasons, payments with PayPal can only be made online.

Financing with CETELEM

Bank Transfer

This is a SEPA transfer from your bank to ours. You will receive our bank details in the order confirmation email.

Your bank may charge fees for the transfer, so please check this in advance. Please note that international transfers usually take between 2 and 3 business days to be completed.

As soon as the payment is received, we will ship your order, so there is no need to send proof of payment, as this does not speed up the shipping process.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

– Specialized nationwide transport by Royal Pianos staff. (Please consult conditions for international transport)
– Tuning/inspection at the delivery location by our specialized staff.

WARRANTY

– 10-year warranty certificate against any breakage or manufacturing defect. Buy-back promise for the same amount paid, with no time limit, when upgrading to a higher-category piano.

– Up to 5 years warranty for digital pianos (depending on the brand)

• Buy-back promise (applies exclusively to acoustic pianos) when exchanging it for the purchase of another acoustic piano.
