HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Step 1

    Choose your piano.

    • Pay one month’s deposit plus the current month’s instalment.
    • Pay for the specialist piano transport for delivery and collection (price subject to assessment).

  • Step 2

    Choose the contract length and pay a fixed monthly fee.

    *Minimum 12 months and a maximum duration of 24 months.

  • Step 3

    Once the contract ends, you decide whether to buy it or return it.

    If you choose to exercise the purchase option:

    • After 12 or 24 months, if you decide to buy it, we will deduct the amount you have already paid, and you will only need to pay the remaining balance of the piano’s value in a single payment.

    If you choose to return it:

    • Simply let us know, and we will arrange to collect the piano at no extra cost.

Yes, the purchase price includes the total amount paid up to the end of the contract and the collection transport cost.

A one-month deposit is required, which will be refunded provided the piano is in the same condition as at the start of the contract.

Yes, the customer must cover the cost of delivery and collection transport. However, if they decide to return the piano at the end of the contract (12 or 24 months), collection will be free of charge.

In that case, the full contracted months and the corresponding transport costs must be paid.

The standard option does not include model changes, but contact us to discuss customised options.
