From baroque to hard rock, from Gregorian chant to jazz, and a wide repertoire, which deliberately does not want to be fixed, requires an instrument that supports and plays with this diversity.

The new Bechstein Academy A4 C upright piano meets exactly these requirements: Its completely new construction allows you to let each genre sound in its own unique way.

Despite our more than 165 years of experience, we are always excited when our new designs see the light of day in the world of sound.

However, we can also proudly state this time: Our development department and our piano builders have outdone themselves.

The Academy A 4 sounds wonderfully sublime, elegant and at the same time fresh and impulsive.

This special sound profile and excellent playing style make the Academy A 4 universal for any musical use, whether private or as a work instrument for professional demands.

This tonal versatility is deliberately packaged in a design that forms its own calm counterpoint: clean lines, reduced, timeless, modern.

In this way, an overall harmony and balance is created that could hardly be more perfect.
