Here are 5 more reasons to choose ROYAL PIANOS:
1) Guarantee of 5 to 10 years:
We are convinced of the quality of the products we offer either new or pre-owned.
We are the authorized representative of almost every brand we offer. We are privileged to be registered dealers of Bosendorfer; considered the best piano brand in the world and in order to provide high quality at a lower price, we also offer pianos such as Moutrie brand.
If a product does not meet our quality standards it will not make it to our showroom. Whether the piano is classed as ‘economical’ or ‘high end’, the same technicians are used to service each and every model. With high quality control standards and our specialized workshop, we can guarantee a high level of quality in all our instruments.
NOTE: All parts that are subject to normal wear and tear from use such as strings, hammer heads, nuts, escape lever, (piano action mechanism) pedals etc… are not included in the guarantee.
2) Buy-back offer:
We make it simple for you to upgrade your piano.
Every piano includes a buy-back condition, which means that when you are ready to upgrade the piano purchased at ROYAL PIANOS, we will buy it back at the same price. There is no time limit on this offer; we will purchase your piano at the same price you paid (as long as it is not damaged).
NOTE: Transportation costs not included.
3) Many satisfied clients
Read reviews from past and present clients. See what they say about us and their opinions on the pianos we offer and their overall experience of Royal Pianos. As an International Company working across Europe, we have included testimonials in several different languages.
4) 30 day satisfaction guarantee:
It can happen to anyone!
Buying a piano is very personal.
Maybe you buy a piano and once you get it home and start to play it you realize it’s not quite the right one for you.
With the purchase of any of our acoustic pianos you are entitled to the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not 100% happy with the piano purchased, contact us and we will take care of collecting the piano and changing it for a different model. The only cost of this service is transportation which is assessed according to distance and number of floors at the residence.
Note: The piano must be in the original state as when purchased and all accessories supplied with the instrument must be returned undamaged. We do not refund the purchase.
5) We collaborate with Remar:
We are happy to contribute to Remar on a regular basis. This means that part of your piano purchase goes towards buying school supplies and furniture for schools in places like Guatemala, Peru, Salvador and Burkina Faso. (Remar is a Christian charity established in 1982 in Vitoria, with the desire to help the poor. Remar support developing countries by providing training, so that hundreds of young people can learn a trade.)
